Registering for our new Book Express service enables you to select  50 books a year (Terms and Conditions Apply) from Newport Libraries unrivalled collection.

The books are posted to your home address with a return postage paid envelope for your convenience.

To register for the Book Express Service you will need to have access to the internet, be over 16, live in Newport and not already borrowing from any Newport Library.

We will send you your personal login and PIN number along with step by step instructions to enable you to take full advantage of this exciting new online service.
