TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I AGREE TO:-

  1. Become an exclusive user of the Book Express Service, not using or no longer using, borrowing services available from any of the library centres in Newport
  2. Borrow up to 50 books a year (excluding special offers, multimedia & junior stock).
  3. Return the book using the pre paid postage envelope provided. Book Express items can not be returned in person to any Newport Library. 
  4. Pay any overdue fines at the current rate including any relevant administration charges, If the item is returned late.
  5. I am over 16 years of age.
  6. I pay my council tax to Newport City Council.
